The holidays have kicked in and it's kinda boring if you ask me! i've been slacking at home a lot, if i go out, it's mainly to meet xy dbnn and ge to chill out, or for training. plus the occasional tuition. on monday xy dbnn ge and i chilled at essential brew, playing bridge/taiti the whole day. its damn fun ah! and i kept abusing db! i dont know. she's darned scheming. she can pretend to be my partner in bridge and all, but in the end, she'll betray my naive-ness. then i'll jab/kick her. when we win, i'll jab/kick her again cos i'd be elated after winning. before ge came, i was the ultimate loser at taiti. i dont know why! then i concluded that was because neither chloe nor ge was there, making me take their places as the loser. *teehee

Mum took sis and i out to queensway on tuesday to get some proper runners. i realised that my nikes werent exactly running material, and mum decided to get me proper ones. i initially wanted asics. but all the asics shoes were like platform shoes, super cushioned inside. they were pretty chunky too. so i settled for an adizero instead. it's really comfy inside. ;)

Today, we couldnt train cos the guys had friendlies. so instead, we had our proposal-for-carnival meeting, and mental skills training. really quite useful! then coach sprung a NICE surprise on us. to run, and run, AND RUN. she made us run in whatever we were in. i had to run in my converse, kat in her cute hand drawn pumps, and azra and yanni in their SKIRTS. heh. but seriously, we really pumped some good energy. the team did great. meeting our expected timings and all. GREAT GOING BABES! to kat- you did your best! and thats all that matters. YOU MADE IT. to shikin- hey babe! we're there to help yeah! give it your bestest shot (:



P.S i'm hooked onto facebookPIRATES. it's really fun. i bombed ge and stole lotsa coins. HEH!
