haha. okay so just forget the random buzzlightyear title.

so we've been working out a lot the fitness aspect during trainings. and i oh no, i think my thighs have become bigger cos my ol jeans are becoming really tight! joyce says its the muscles, which would become fats if i stop exercising. die die. but cannot lah! trainings are super fun. i like the running 400m under 2m30s parts. it really brings back fss track days with coach pandian. think i should go do some ab exercises to work away the tummy fats. we're gonna go for beach trainings at sentosa to train up for the beach touch, since we cant train in school anyway.

the past week of school was really boring, we got back our results blah blah, sheesh, with my results, my default promotional status should be negative, along with almost everybody i know, but then again, seniors are telling me that my grades are in a "confirm promote" position. oh well, we'll just have to wait for 9th november, wont we?

hello my beautiful world

19th OCT friday. TRAINING

zomg. traing was good. we played a game for warmup, and did the usual drills, which were fun and good. then i got to experience playing centre. coach insisted i try centre, apart from the usual wing position which i'm better at. BUT YAY. i realy like the feeling when i break through the defence, and run, as fast as i can to the tryline, with people chasing me, they cant catch me, so i pump more energy into my legs, and make the try. and just at that training, i realised that plaYing centre gives more opportunity for that cos there are more available gaps.

then we trained on stamina, running laps in given time limits. we girls did our best. its really cool having the tea run together, motivating each other during the runs. and hitting the end mark together.


20th OCT saturday. BBQ AT DARYL'S

man, it was sheer fun from the start. the moment i reached, they were already playing daryl's ps2. then i suggested playing a lame game, NINJA TURTLES (simply cos i've played another version before at shawn's place) anyway, after zsong came, went to play some tennis.

zomg. i cannot emphasise the fact more that i hate small ball games, be it soft ball, tennis or even the small bouncy rubber balls that wont stop flying once you toss em. i just can't catch em. haha. right. but still tennis was fun. then i went back to cool down, and then started playing over the hedge with yubin for a while, before we started to transport the food over to the bbq pits to start the fire and all.

mummy helped and cooked beehoon, a tad too much though, there was a lot leftover, and i had to carry it back, where mumsy had to pack them into 3 containers. starting and maintaining the fire was really a chore, cos the initial packet of charcoal and firestarters bought were the NTUC home brand, which were sucky, then when the charcoal was finishing, dyeon bought the better grade kinda charcoal, and the fire was to remian longer. alcohol was brought, i didnt touch the alcohol, just cuz i am not really into the drinking at parties kinda thingy. but surprisingly, WE DIDNT PLAY ANY BRIDGE! haha!. food was good

and OH OH, miss lee brought haagen dazs ice cream. and insisted she brought the strawberry one. i requested that strawberry be brought. BUT APPARENTLY, her husband packed the wrong tubs, and there werent any strawberry. miss lee was extremely nice, as usual, and got her husband to bring it over while he was gonna pick her up. so when i got the icecream, which was already close to 1030, not many people wanted strawberry, they all preferred the chocolate ones. so i just ate the whole tub, using the icecream scoop, albeit giving gigantic scoops to shumei and dyeon.

dyeon brought original kimchi, i accidentally put too much chilli sauce to marinate the sotongs, and everyone's tongues burned, cheryl who was wading in the toddler's pool almost got splashed by the fountains on the wall which were started by some kids (the fountains started splashing 5 seconds after she ran out of the pool), and my fingers cramped while trying to tear a piece of chicken wing apart.

recently, my fingers are always getting cramped up, esp when i hold something tightly, like say my phone or my drumstick. :/

mumsy came to pick me up, and we tom-panged nicole off at the condo, and i reached home close to 1130.

happening week!

SUNDAY
i went to vivo with joyce, and surprising didn't spend any money on unnecessary items, but at candy empire, spent about $25 getting chips and jelly beans and sweets. i just love the selection at candy empire! its just so westernised!

MONDAY
was a good day, cos instead of ending at 6 like what my timetable stated, we could all leave at 1130 after the PW OP workshop! it was dman ncie to go home early, and guess what, i saw my cute neighbour in the lift with his friend. HOHO.

TUESDAY
stupid photography course. it was not even useful, it was more like a "photo-apreciation" session. the teacher merely showed us all his favourite pictures. worst still, he didnt eve ask if we brought our cameras. -.- luckily i didnt have to take out my good ol king kong kanon kamera. the course ended earlier than others, so i rushed down to six avenue to find ge char xy sarah. we played lotsa games there at tea party. had a cabonara, which was good! i really like that dafe, the ambience is just so good! hopefully can go there one day with genj! maybe next sunday luh! but we got hooked onto taboo, and uno stacko. before leaving, took a few pictures around the cafe. while waiting for the bus, xyi was telling us of her ghostly encounters, like walking past a chapel and hearing a loud "MOOO" ge and i just cracked up.

WEDNESDAY
training! was good, as usual. nothing much to elaborate on

THURSDAY
after school, meveen's dad drove us to binnie's house to work on our OP. it was damn tiring lah. had to reschedule my tuition, just to complete the op slides. but it was nice meeting up with my pw groupies and debating on how stuff should be done and all. bla bla pw bla pw bla bla op bla blah.

FRIDAY
good training! we did what coach taught us on wednesday. ran 5 rounds instead of the usual 2. man we are so unfit! okay maybe it's just me! heh. but we had dinner at lot 1, and i left my laptop in my locker. thank God for yueli, she was sweet and brought it to lot1 for me after her training.

SATURDAY
youth cell! was a good one, shared our individual experiences with God, and gained encouragement from each other. after that, i went down to tea party, yes, again, to find lting xy debbie. we bridged like nobodies business, then when ge came, we started to play taiti. omg! I FINALLY LEARNT HOW TO PLAY TAITI YO! and it's really fun. i remember playing it with my cousins like in lower secondary, then i lost touch, and totally forgot how to play it. hah! so when zs jon and the gang play taiti, i wont lose out heh! we ate a lot of stuff at the tea party. the bill came up to about 70 bucks. zomg. we just kept eating and eating. the fish n chips is quite good i must say!

SUNDAY
chionged home after service. service was good, good sermon by pastor chris. been quite some time since i last saw him though! after service we had the famous hokkien mee. june, was so hungry that somehow she kinda indirectly psycho-ed us to get the $3 plate each. only she and jasmine finished the whole thing. crazy ah she! then i chionged home to work on op. not very productive though

MONDAY
no school, but had chinese tuition from 10-12, followed by math tuition at 1-4. crazy day i must say! but never the less, had fun with huimin and suping after tuition at IMM, just gossiping and talking crap. bought some donuts for the family from some joint in imm, it too sweet lah, they dont mind.

TUESDAY (today)
we had phototaking for the school magzine, and oh no, just a few days back, i had a breakout, and it hadnt cleared by today! but anyway, hope the pimples are not too obvious! :/ damn uncomfortable luh. we had to stand in the hot sun, in long sleeved shirts, camwhoring. i was telling my photo partner ashraf, i dont even camwhore like that at home. but it was fun lah! the photographer is damn funny he kept calling me zha bor or girl and ashraf; handsome. i kept moving cos i was laughing at the way he had to tell ashraf to smile and show teeth bla bla, until the lady there had to repeat many times for me to stop moving. super fun! after phototaking, was OP! the rehearsal went well, despite me not having any formal script. i didnt really plan what i was going to say word for word, i just went through my slides a few times th night before and went to sleep. but op was alright. the synergy coach said that i sounded confident, but the only problem with me was that i kept moving while presenting. ms lee also said i was being "too me" when addressing the audience. but overall, guess i did great.

okay so that was a brief description of how my week went. nothing too fancy, which i like. but now, i'm off to send my gramps to the airport they're going for a holiday! bye!

INTER HOUSE GAMES

INTER-HOUSE-GAMES

hello! today was an immensely fun day! inter house games was fun, cept for the weird fixtures that we all were subject to. our first game was at 8 plus, it was a walkover. -.- then, we had to wait till 2.55 for our semis, WHICH WE WON! 12-6! but we lost the "first-second" placing match to byron luhh! their "cheer squad" made our gs&ga gancheong by screaming. but not bad la. the score was 12-11 (or was it 13-12?). oh well! liting and i thought the school was on a tight budget and would only award the champions. but we were wrong! WOW! ahahaha. there were 3 prizes for the top 3 winners. it was really fun getting to know new people and all! many people who didnt take part or were eliminated in preliminary rounds left halfway. but it really sad and disappointing to see the canteen only half filled, but it was fun just loitering around the school, soaking up the "post-promos" environment.

jonathan fell down during floorball, and had a BIG, BIG gnash. there was a lot of blood. i almost fainted when i saw it, and he was like, "YOUR DAD IS A DOCTOR!!!". sheesh!




here's a picture with liting! we look horrible cuz we were all sweaty and sticky. my hair was all sticking tgth and got all entangled. plus i cut myself at tuition ytd. a nail was jutting out of the table, in a bid to stretch my legs between the bars, i scratched myself. [impetus for sticking on my new nexcare plasters]


today has been a great day, albeit a tiring one. so i guess i'll just slack around on my bed, AND FACEBOOK.

today, i overslept, mum didnt wake me up, had to cab to school. stupid cj/mi girl snatched my cab from the other side of the junction. but i waved and i was sure the uncle saw me! SHEESH! but anyway that was an old comfort cab. the one i got was the more comfy silver cab. haha! LOSER.

on the way to school, ge called me:

ge, "you're so gng to die! lion is here!"
pe, "shit, how??????"
ge, "i dunno! Lion late lar! eh... talk to you later, i.. need to shit!!"

she left me to fend for myself. she good ah! but yeah, lion was at the foyer. scary ah, but so cool! lol.


training was fun as always, after doing the regulars; laterals, crashes, ballhandling, running, we ended up playing soccer! azra shikin and yani! they crazy ah! fasting still do sports. omg. they're so strong, i swear! and today, i brought my hair dryer to school to dry my hair after the shower after training. damn shiok okeh! after that went to town with kat&stitch&ngningning&gehui&bernice&munmun. had cafe cartel@ps and got served by an over-enthusiastic waiter, called peter by the way. i had way too much bread and couldnt finish the main meal!

walked over to heeren to CHECK out ge's ponies! check is really not as happening as num sia. but check got eastpacs! haha. we were damn bored then we went to cine to catch "balls of fury" maggie q is so hot!! as in super duper hot can! okay but i super disagree to her smooching the fat fugly lead, randy. eeeew



digressing, ge msged the lion! with my phone. -.- then when lion replied, i had to explain! aiyo! so paiseh! but lion's replies are soooooooooooper cold! AW MAN!

after reaching home, i was so tired i fell asleep with the laptop on my lap, whilst on my bed. then when daddy came home, he put the lappie back on the table. (: and we had swedish meatballs for dinner!!!!!! nice. it's been a long time since i ate at home. before promos, i was always out studying, having dinner outside. so now, i'm makin it a point to eat at home with daddy and mummy. and i like the family feeling!

okay. today was immensely wonderful! we didnt go anywhere nice to eat though, cos we were both broke. i bought a vintage sling bag from funcdeco(which burnt a big hole in my pocket) and couldnt wait to use it, so i threw all my stuff into it. as ya'll know, i like to have my hands free from carrying stuff. wow, a lot of people were in town. saw huimin's badminton friend, her super tall classmate, ashraf&gang and cheryl and her mum. i guess the holiday mood has set in!

my younger sister, debs is having her EYEs, and yet she is still relaxing like mad. tmr is her history exam and she just followed daddy to the club for a swim. crazy sec one girl! furthermore, she thought us how to make chocolate fondue. -.- wth. ytd, we had great fun melting chocolate over mummy's aroma therapy candle burner thingy. she had better do well in her exams.

gosh. tmr trainings at 8. i'm getting mum to send me at the usual time. to meet gehui -.- okay anyway at least i've got a ride to school. school is friggin far. i wonder how chloe manages.

alamak! siah lah! i had writer's block! nothing flowed in my mind, except for the essays i memorised a few days before. really thank God that i forgot that midyears already tested the first question, and blindly went to memorise an essay on that. only on sunday night i realised that chances of it coming out was low. but thankfully i did revise that, if not i'd have an extra 45 minutes of napping time. most of the time, i was smoking through. haha! i did more analysis cos my facts were shallow! but i did try to ensure my essays were of a good 3-4 sides long length. looks better ma!

okay, so the night before, i told gehui to meet me at 1115. but only half way throught the paper i realised that, MY PAPER WOULD END AT 1015!!! but anyway, ge was already on her way to cck when i called her at about 1020. :) we went down to queensway to look at bags, and her shoes. we missed the trainstop and had to back track. i bought an eastpac! have been wanting to get one since last year, but didnt really see the feasibility of it. well, the main reason was cos i thought it looks really cool, and in england(ithink) many people carry it around, or so i read in a magazine, and not many people carry it in pj! i found a pretty pretty design and haggled the price down to a reasonable one. gehui wanted to look at pony shoes, but to her dismay, the queensway people weren't orderin them anymore. one uncle even commented that the brand "pony" was a failure. wth! well, pj has legions of people wearing their shoes. so does that make pj a failure school? naw! anyway, ge is still not givin up on her ponies and will continue to look for them, no matter how long it'll take.

anyway, we went to ikea. found lotsa quirky stuff! i bought cardboard shelves for my insanely-messy table, a clock, photoframes, and mirrors. the stuff were soooooo heavy i tell you! on top of that, mummy made me buy swedish meatballs from the minimart. had to get the cranberry sauce and all too. mega-ultra heavy. and i had to walk all the way from je mrt to ivory heights! not near you know! like 15 mins walk! heavy okeh! even the security guard looked at me and said, "wah all your veins come out already!"

i'm going out with huimin tmr! we're going to....? i dont know where we're going, or what we're gonna do. we;re broke and bored of the usual places. OH WELL! maybe we'll find a nice cafe and chat the afternoon away. (:
